For newcomers to Buddhism and/or meditation

A retreat designed especially for those who are new to meditation. The retreat will be based on the practice of the Mindfulness of Breathing meditation and full instruction will be given. This Buddhist meditation is to particularly help us to become more aware, centred and less distracted - leaving us with a clearer, quieter sense of ourselves.
