The teaching programme will take different levels of experience into account

Everyone is welcome to the Open Day at Taraloka. It's an i opportunity to learn meditation, hear a talk on Buddhism, browse through the bookshop and meet like-minded people. Light refreshments will be served throughout the afternoon and some facilities for children will be provided. It's the only day of the year when Taraloka opens its doors to anyone interested in seeing inside a Buddhist Retreat Centre!
