Formless Meditation

Led by Siddhisambhava, Satyanandi, Vajragupta

Friday 18 April - Friday 25 April

For OMs, Mitras and FWBO practitioners who have a regular meditation practice and are familiar with the seven-fold puja

Formless meditation (pure awareness) is about resting in experience itself. It involves two processes, combining both calm (Samatha) and insight (Vipassana). It is a simple yet deep and challenging practice. After a weekend of thorough relaxation and introduction there will be four days of intensive sitting and walking practice, peppered with short talks, chanting, pujas. Suitable for those with at least one year of regular meditation practice.
