Booking a retreat
ONLINE EVENTS: You can book a place on our online events via the event on the website. Most of our online events are by donation with no booking fee to pay. If you are unable to register online please contact the office to book firstname.lastname@example.org or 01948 710 646.
RESIDENTIAL RETREATS: To book a place on a retreat, you need to pay a non-refundable booking fee £60 for a weekend/long weekend, £80 for 4-7 nights and £90 for longer retreats.
You can book:

- By post: Download our booking-form and send it with a cheque payable to Taraloka to: Bookings, Taraloka, Bettisfield, Whitchurch, Wrexham, SY13 2LD
- You can call the office on 01948 710646 to pay by card.
Online bookings are confirmed immediately. With postal and phone bookings your confirmation will be e-mailed to you, and may take up to a week.
If you have a need for a single room or restricted diet (apart from wheat free/ gluten free/nut free) then please check with the office before booking online as we cannot guarantee we can accommodate your requirements.
We cannot refund booking fees paid online if we are unable to meet these requests.
ONLINE EVENTS: Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking for any of our online events, as this will help us with organising these events.
RESIDENTIAL RETREATS: Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking as there may be other women waiting for a place on that retreat. If you give us at least six weeks' notice (to the start of your booked retreat) when cancelling, it may be possible to transfer the booking fee, providing there is space on another appropriate retreat within the same calendar year. We're only able to transfer one booking deposit to another retreat per calendar year, within the conditions outlined. Please note that the booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances or transferrable to another person.
