Taraloka offers a wide selection of retreats: weekends for complete beginners to much longer retreats for committed practitioners of Buddhism and meditation. It is good to
choose retreats which suit your level of experience. Introductory events are aimed at those just starting a meditation practice. Open retreats are aimed at those wishing to go further in their meditation
practice. If you have any questions about this please email or phone the office and we can talk it through.
