Introductory Meditation Weekends

 

13 - 15 January        Mindfulness of Breathing

28 April - 1 May       Mindfulness and Metta (long weekend)

19 - 21 May              Metta Bhavana

30 June - 2 July       Mindfulness of Breathing

11 - 13 August         Metta Bhavana

24 - 26 November   Mindfulness and Metta

 

 

Weekend retreats start with dinner at 6.30pm on Friday evening and finish at 3pm on the last day.

 

Introductory meditation retreats (midweek)

 

Choice Change and Action

Handling stress, balancing the demands of our life at work and home, will provide the theme for these retreats. This will be explored through meditation, gentle exercise, goal setting and healthy eating. We will focus on how we can make more creative choices so that we can become all that we are capable of being.  This retreat will include an introduction to meditation

     20 - 24 March and 4 - 8 September

These retreats begin with lunch on the first day and end mid morning on the last day.

 

Introduction to Buddhism weekend

   20 - 22 October
