Choice Change and Action
Handling stress, balancing the demands of our life at work and home, will provide the theme for these retreats.
This will be explored through meditation, gentle exercise, goal setting and healthy eating. We will focus on how we can make more creative choices so that we can become all that we
are capable of being. This retreat will include an introduction to meditation

These retreats begin with lunch on the first day and end mid morning on the last day.
