Savour the richness of each moment, instead of rushing headlong into the future or hankering after the past. The aim of the retreat will allow us
to cultivate a variety of mindfulness-based practices and approaches - sitting meditation, body scans done lying down, gentle walking meditation
, poetry and plenty of time to relax and find stillness. Vidyamala will draw on methods developed on the Breathworks Pain and Stress Management programme that she runs in Manchester.
