This meditation retreat explores the spiritual themes of integration, positive emotion, spiritual death, and spiritual rebirth, as described in Sangharakshita’s System of Meditation. The mandala of practice has been the subject of GFR retreats at Taraloka over the last few years. Drawing on this experience Kulaprabha will allow the Mandala of Awakening to unfold in all its richness and wisdom - with short talks, meditation reviews and silent companionship in the shrine room.
