Samantabhadri has specialised in retreats modelled after the Zen sesshin tradition. From a schedule of short periods of sitting and walking meditation arises a quieter mind and a deeper awareness which flows into reflection, work and silence. At this time of year, the landscape at Taraloka is rapidly coming into new life. It's a good time to be quiet, to appreciate nature and to reflect on our potential for change.
