Do you find it hard to experience the richness of the present moment? Would you like to learn some strategies to wake up to your life, right now, and feel more aware, creative and fulfilled? This retreat is based on the Breathworks Mindfulness-Based Pain and Stress Management Programme that Vidyamala has developed and will teach you gentle mindfulness meditation, practical ways to be more mindful in daily life and mindful movement (based on yoga and Pilates). There will also be plenty of time to relax and unwind in the beauty of Taraloka.
