Form is Emptiness, Emptiness only Form. And the same for feeling, thought, choice and consciousness. Of course it's one thing to recite this in a puja and another to start living in accordance with it. But if we don't live in accordance with Reality, with how things are, then we cause ourselves suffering. Throughout the week we'll approach the theme by contemplating the Buddha’s description of how things actually are, (impermanent, unsatisfactory and insubstantial) as opposed to how we habitually misinterpret them.
