Here we focus on the famous 'ox-herding pictures' of Chinese Buddhism giving a strong Zen flavour to this retreat. The ox is a symbol for the wondrous and powerful
qualities that reside in our minds that awaken as we discover our true nature. This retreat will take us more deeply into the nature of 'mind' and the art of 'training it'!
