I was first introduced to the rudiments of Focusing not long after I had learnt to meditate.  Consequently, my love and understanding of both these practices have grown hand in hand.  Over the years, Focusing has become an integral support in navigating the unchartered and turbulent waters of my psyche; and in untangling many tight knots of suffering.  I experience something profoundly beautiful about the particular space that can open out when two people Focus together; supporting each other to hold presence, with what wants to be known, for the benefit of all.
