Taraloka offers a unique context for women to live a full-time Dharma life, for being of service to others and for personal and collective transformation.
We are recruiting for one person to join our Operations Team in 2024. Ideally, we are looking for someone to manage finance/bookkeeping, but we would love to hear from you if you feel called to be here, but aren't sure that's the role for you (full training is provided).
In addition to your own key work area, you would participate in the team’s shared work, which includes clear ups, dana appeals, cooking in the retreat centre and providing practical support for retreats.
As part of the Taraloka Community, you would take part in the flow of community life which includes morning meditation, evening meals and weekly community night, study and GFR group.
You will need to be an Order Member or GFR Mitra with a full, manual UK driving licence. You will need to be able to work full time, be physically fit and in good mental health, and have a strong desire to engage wholeheartedly with both community living and team-based right livelihood.
