Body Heart Wisdom: Yoga Retreat
Yoga practice connects body, mind and heart in the play of movement and stillness. Add in the breath and we have the basis for a mindfulness practice that is dynamic, grounded and opening. Tap into the wisdom yoga and meditation have to offer us. With 2 daily yoga sessions – one active, one restorative, some theory explorations, daily meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra we will have a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time with our whole being. It’s most suitable for those who have some yoga experience.
