Your teachers, Maitrisiddhi and Kusalasara, are good friends and keen meditators, with over 30 years meditation experience between them.  They’re both ordained Buddhists, in the Triratna Buddhist Order.  You’ll be learning Buddhist meditation – but you don’t need to be Buddhist to benefit from these ancient practices.

All sessions will be on Zoom – but you can leave your camera off if you’re more comfortable that way.  There’ll be opportunities to have the team respond to your questions.  All sessions will be recorded, so if you can’t make them all, you can catch up at at a time of day to suit you. 

We'd really like to offer this event on a donations basis, so that it is open to all.  There are suggested amounts to give, but it is up to you.  Please help Taraloka survive - we are entirely dependent at the moment on donations from online teaching.  But more than that - please come on this event and meditate with us!
