Wild Heart - Living World
If we are to care for this fragile world then it matters that we make time to cherish it. We can learn from other living beings: allowing our heart to open to the silver song of a robin; letting our bones settle in the still presence of an oak tree. On this retreat we will spend silent time in nature – our outer landscape - and also explore meditation - sitting still with our inner landscape. We will also use writing to help us deepen our appreciation of inner and outer worlds. In this way we can begin to cultivate a more vivid, alive, relaxed awareness, one that brings us into a more loving and respectful relationship both with ourselves and the living world; one that is saturated with a sense of mystery and beauty.
No previous experience of meditation needed - just curiosity to learn something new, and a willingness to step out into rain or sun.
