Kavaradhi fell in love with meditation and then Buddhism in 2008. She enjoys a broad range of practises, weaving together the threads of meditation, insight practices, nature, the imagination and long, long walks. She is an active member of both the London Buddhist Centre sangha and the North London Buddhist Centre sangha.
She was Ordained in 2021, lives in London and works in the NHS.
