Maitripushpa has been exploring the world of yoga since the mid-1990s — from Iyengar and vinyasa flow to yin, restorative and Scaravelli-inspired yoga. It was in both the dynamic and more yin-style practices that she found the natural physical partner to her meditation practice. Her emphasis on the somatic and meditative elements in both practices and her creative engagement with the huge variety of bodies practising (that’s you!) creates a space for exploration, curiosity and discovery.

Practising and studying meditation for over 30 years and ordained in the Triratna Buddhist Order in 2007, Maitripushpa has been teaching meditation and yoga for the past 15 years.
