Vandanajyoti was ordained in 2003 and nowadays leads mitra study and retreats at the London Buddhist Centre. After two years as part of the Ordination Team at Tiratanaloka, she collaborated with Satyacitta and Amritasakhi to build the 70+ project. The idea came from older women over 70 years of age who are in the ordination process and who want to support each other’s spiritual life. Vandanajyoti is very happy to contribute to the 2025 residential retreat at Taraloka as part of the 70+ team.
