Mindfulness: Be Here Now 2025
The practice of mindfulness can be deeply nourishing, calming and liberating. It is like coming home to ourselves. Two thousand five hundred years ago, the Buddha described mindfulness as ‘clear and radiant’ and as ‘stillness, simplicity and contentment’. He saw it as a deeply human quality of unlimited potential and which can bring meaning and happiness to our lives. Yet we do not need to be Buddhist nor interested in Buddhism to benefit from mindfulness.
Please note that during this retreat a new office will be being built (on the opposite side of the carpark to the retreat centre). There will be some noise.
