Triratna Regulars

For those who regularly attend retreats, a centre or a group within the context of the Triratna Buddhist Community. You will be familiar with the Mindfulness of Breathing, Metta Bhavana and the Sevenfold Puja as taught within the Triratna Buddhist Community, and wish to take these practices deeper. Our Triratna Regulars retreats include more periods of meditation and silence than our Open retreats.
